· Joseph Ting, Senior Marketing & Export Sales Director, leads the global marketing and overseas sales strategy, focusing on positioning Eco as a leader in the medical device industry.

· Faye, KeyAccount Manager, leverages her five years of experience in the medical tubing industry to strengthen client relationships and ensure top-notch service.

· Mandy, Senior Sales Engineer, brings her international experience to expand Eco's global reach.

· Nicole, Key Account Manager, with over 10 years at Eco, contributes her deep industry knowledge to managing export sales and building long-lasting client partnerships.

Introduction: Joseph Ting, Senior Marketing and Export Sales Director

I’m delighted to have this opportunity to speak and share more about my journey with Eco Polymer. I’ve been fortunate to build a career across both startups and major corporations, including Johnson & Johnson, where I did both sales & marketing. My focus here at Eco Polymer is to position us as a leading CMO in the medical catheter and membrane solutions space, driven by a vision to build an internationally recognized brand that helps doctors and saves patients.


How do you approach marketing Eco Polymer’s unique offerings?

At Eco Polymer, we’re built to serve scalable customers—think leading market players or multinational corporations with complex needs. Our approach is rooted in being an R&D and technical solutions-driven company, which has been key to truly understanding and meeting the needs of our customers. This focus on innovation and problem-solving is what sets us apart and has driven our rapid growth in recent years. By emphasizing our ability to tackle intricate challenges and deliver customized solutions, we’ve positioned ourselves as a trusted partner in the medical device industry.

 

What strategies are you implementing for MEDICA 2024?
We’re in the midst of truly building an international brand, and MEDICA 2024 is a major part of that effort. It’s not just about being at the event—it’s part of a broader strategy that includes redesigning our logo, aligning with our new slogan, "Precision for Life," and rolling out several other marketing initiatives. MEDICA is our platform to show the world how we’re continuously improving, and we want to present ourselves as a company that’s always pushing forward, evolving, and ready to meet the needs of global partners.


What do you hope attendees take away from Eco Polymer at MEDICA?

I hope attendees walk away with a clear understanding that Eco Polymer is your go-to partner if you’re looking for a sourcing strategy aligned with either "China for China" or "China for Global." Whether your focus is on localizing production for the Chinese market or leveraging China as a hub for global distribution, we are well-positioned to support your needs. Additionally, we’re implementing a "China + strategy," which means we’re expanding our manufacturing capabilities outside of China. This is becoming an increasingly important factor for many customers looking for diversified and resilient supply chains. If you’re a scalable company with complex demands, Eco Polymer is a great match, offering the technical expertise and flexibility to help you succeed on a large scale.


Introduction: Faye, Key Account Manager

I have been working in the medical tubing industry for over five years, gaining valuable experience in serving top medical device companies.


What motivated you to join Eco Polymer?
The medical catheter market has broad development prospects. With continuous technological innovation and the increasing demand for medical services, the market is expected to maintain steady growth. Eco Polymer is a company that constantly innovates, and its R&D team alone accounts for 1/3 of the company’s workforce, which was a significant reason I joined.


Can you share a memorable experience at MEDICA?
Last year, at the Medica exhibition, we met a client specializing in disposable endoscope products. After visiting our mass production factory, they were impressed by our quality control and capacity, entrusting us with 80% of their production business.


How do you see Eco Polymer’s products impacting the healthcare industry?
Eco Polymer aims to lead the industry by setting the benchmark for product quality and customer service, becoming a model enterprise in the medical industry.


Introduction: Nicole, KA Account Manager

I’ve been working at Eco Polymer for 10 years, supporting many clients in the medical device field both at home and abroad.


What motivated you to join Eco Polymer?
Eco Polymer started as a small company, but the founding team had a strong vision for high-performance polymers and medical devices. Over the years, we have grown, now serving more than 500 medical device companies globally.


How do you see Eco Polymer’s products impacting the healthcare industry?
Our products enhance medical device performance, ensuring biocompatibility, and providing customizable solutions that cater to the ever-evolving healthcare industry.

I joined Eco Polymer at the beginning of this year and have quickly felt the positive, fast-paced growth of the company.


How do you approach marketing Eco Polymer’s offerings?
Safety is the number one priority for doctors and patients, and it’s at the heart of everything we do. Our 15 years of experience, combined with our cutting-edge R&D team, ensures that we deliver stable and safe medical tubing solutions that meet the highest standards.


What are you most looking forward to at MEDICA 2024?
I’m looking forward to seeing breakthroughs in technological barriers and developing new partnerships.


Introduction: Vicky, Product Manager

As the Product Manager for non-vascular medical devices at Shanghai Eco, my role centers on generating insights and building actionable go-to-market strategies to drive successful product launches and market growth.

 

What areas are exciting fields right now?

One particularly exciting area is the single-use endoscope market, which is seeing rapid growth. Globally, the compound annual growth rate (CAGR) is projected at around 20%, while in China, the growth is even more significant, with a CAGR of approximately 30%. At Eco Polymer, we’re seeing strong momentum in this field, experiencing substantial growth and winning customer accounts thanks to our effective strategic approach and ability to meet the market's evolving demands.
